My Thoughts:
Today, I'm just going to go ahead with the review, 'kay?So... This started out kind of slowly to me.
First of all, there wasn't much detail. Some of the things in the book, I couldn't imagine myself, without any added imagery, and then others, I couldn't imagine at all.
Next, grammar. You all know how I feel about that topic, when applied to books that I read, and I'm sorry to say, but this book had poor grammar throughout it.
Also, I didn't like how the story seemed somewhat repetitve and how the were just told that they were "The Chosen Ones", instead of them gradually learningit, through some climatic incline with the use of suddenly appearing powers, or something more interesting like that.
Alas, there was some good things about this book.
For example, I liked the idea of the story. How many people can come up with the idea of a romance between a hiundred-year-old ghost, and a newly dead girl, also adding in that they can switch between human and spirit bodies.
And, I did like that this book had romance in it (I like all of my books to have at least a little).
I do have to say that I had a little bit of a hard time getting past the first few chapters, and finishing the book as whole, but I did it!
So, I gave this book three hearts.

ReplyIt drives me bonkers when the characters are special somehow and we are supposed to accept it without knowing the deets.
I NEED to know why they are special, what purpose it serves, etc.etc.
They also sound like the white lighters in the show Charmed.
